Job Title: Fire Protection Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring public safety through effective fire protection systems? As a Fire Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and testing sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems and hose reel systems.

Your role will involve working closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to your supervisor.

  • Install and test fire protection systems to ensure they function correctly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems to identify potential issues or defects.
  • Maintain and repair fire protection equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuity of service.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve technical problems related to fire protection systems.
  • Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fire protection systems.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire protection systems.
  • Polytechnic diploma or degree in a relevant field such as engineering or fire science.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to study drawings and plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
