Experienced Culinary Professional Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in the preparation and execution of exceptional dishes.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet high standards through effective oversight and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, staff supervision, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Lead junior chefs and kitchen team members in mastering Tandoor techniques, cooking methods, and service standards.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to uphold exceptional culinary excellence.
- Promote adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and depth of flavor through mastery of traditional and modern Tandoor applications.
- Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless kitchen flow and timely service.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, particularly the Tandoor oven, ensuring safe and effective operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a Sous Chef role in a fine dining setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Tandoor cooking, including marination, skewering, temperature control, and open fire grilling.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern culinary techniques and food presentation styles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and disciplined kitchen environment.
- Formal culinary training or certification preferred.
