**Manufacturing Engineer Position**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for improving the quality and output of mold components, working closely with supervisors and molding technicians.

  • To improve the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing process by optimizing operating parameters of molds and related support equipment.
  • Prepare status reports on molds and other related equipment periodically to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
  • Assist design engineering in developing automated processes to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Work with the Injection Molding Engineering Supervisor to establish achievable goals and budgets that align with our company's objectives.
  • Recommend technical solutions to resolve diagnosed problems and provide recommendations for troubleshooting mold technical and fabrication issues.
  • Train and develop technical personnel, including old and new technologies, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and coordinate special projects to meet quality, productivity, and cost objectives consistent with departmental goals.
  • Validate machine and mold performance to ensure budgeted cost and quality levels are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): engineering, precision engineering.
  • Self-driven, independent, and resourceful.
  • Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
