Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Value Engineer to contribute to our company's product cost savings initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cost savings and building a value engineering project pipeline.

You will analyze and evaluate design for materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain for value analysis/value engineering opportunities. Your expertise in developing methodologies, templates, and approaches for target costs based on product analysis data will be crucial in driving business growth.

Responsibilities include executing and driving VAVE projects from idea generation to implementation, coordinating with global and local stakeholders, including suppliers, for project execution. You will also establish and update processes for execution on teardown, benchmarking, and VAVE requests.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the EMS or an MNC environment.
  • Strong analysis skills, knowledge in material pricing, and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Electronics commodities.
