Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of maintenance service jobs and preventive maintenance works at customer sites
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to inform customers of scheduled maintenance works and obtain necessary clearances
  • Manage the issuance and follow-up of service reports to ensure accurate recording and filing
  • Prepare quotations for customers for replacement parts and ad-hoc services
  • Assist with the processing of purchase orders and goods receipt/delivery orders
  • Follow up on the generation of invoices for ad-hoc service jobs and parts used
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to relevant parties
  • Manage stock inventory for replacement parts held by the maintenance support team
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Globe3 software
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player
