- Experience: Proven experience as a Shipping Supervisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of shipping processes and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
