Job Description

The Product Information (PI) Manager is accountable for overseeing the PI team's efforts to consolidate accurate product information from vendors across multiple regions and streamline the end-to-end PI gathering process. This role prioritizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve organizational objectives.

Main Tasks
  • Direct the team to guarantee precise, efficient, and timely SKU creation and upkeep, as well as proactively handle region-specific challenges and needs.
  • Establish long-term strategies and best practices to improve operations and drive organizational success.
  • Maintain SKU data precision across systems and promptly address discrepancies to preserve data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SKU-related issues and ensure process alignment.
  • Standardize product information templates and simplify PI collection, sharing, and maintenance.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, information technology, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in merchandise operations, project management, system management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–4 years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving operational initiatives.
