As the company is constantly growing, we are seeking for a qualified Senior Product Manager to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Senior Product Manager, who play role in the construction digitalisation software development, to lead our Product Development practice. The Senior Product Manager will plan, develop, and manage our product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Product Development: Specify, develop and launch new products and features. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company's vision. Define the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

User Experience: Advocate for the end-user and ensure high-quality deliverables that delivers an outstanding user experience. Gather and analyse user feedback to enhance product features and performances.

  • Assist Head of Products in managing and leading the Products Team.
  • Oversee the construction digitalisation market technology and trend.
  • Align the product with market trends, guides the team members in product development and ensures high-quality deliverables.
  • Involve in every aspect of the product lifecycle, from inception to market launch and maintenance, and ensure strictly comply with department SOP.
  • Responsible for creating and honing product strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collate insights to understand customer lifecycles.
  • Work closely with the Products and R&D Team to implement these strategies, establishing procedures, deadlines and goals for each phase of the product development process.
  • Lead Products Team to develop product requirements based on user research, competitive analysis, and feedback from clients/projects.
  • Manage Products Team to defining a vision for the product and be involved in the strategy, road map, and feature definition of products.
  • Communicate business requirements for product enhancement to R&D Team for implementation.
  • Collaborate across different departments within the company and act as a liaison between the engineering, marketing, sales and customer services teams, to ensures a unified approach towards product development and marketing.
  • Play a crucial role in promoting and managing products within the market. Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and ensure product success.
  • Learn good knowledge and familiars in all company products and services, to be able to present to clients.
  • Assist product pitching to relevant external stakeholders i.e. authorities, contractors or consultants.
  • Communicate product metrics and performance expectations and provide product training to Operation Team and Sales Team as and when required.
  • Collaborate across different departments within the company and act as a liaison between the engineering, marketing, sales and customer services teams, to ensures a unified approach towards product development and marketing.
  • Play a crucial role in promoting and managing products within the market. Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and ensure product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in product management, digitalisation software development or a related role
  • Experience in building a product roadmap and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proven track record in managing the entire product lifecycle and driving business growth. Experience in the training & education will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
