Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will spearhead the end-to-end development of high-quality eLearning courseware and digital learning content.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of engaging interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Oversee graphic asset redesigns, content layout changes based on provided UI/theme, and generate voiceovers using Machine voice generator.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to account for all work done, as well as work with Instructional Designers to design engaging courseware.
  • Perform video editing, compositing, and courseware testing while managing multiple concurrent projects from concept to delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and production workflows, and lead a team of developers as needed.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production, or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programs, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects.
  • Proficiency in English, good verbal and writing skills, and technical competence in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft PowerPoint, and video/audio editing tools.
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design, as well as knowledge in design principles and video editing.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
