We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the development of our key knowledge products, including reports and magazines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content strategy, writing, editing, and project management, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Description

The Senior Manager will be responsible for formulating content strategies, working with colleagues and subject matter experts to research and propose impactful content elements, and developing and executing plans to secure original content from contributors.

They will also be responsible for supervising the editing and layout of all content, managing contributors, editors, designers and others, and maintaining and growing our distribution lists for both print and digital publications.

In addition, the Senior Manager will promote new publications through various channels and meet readership and engagement KPIs for our magazine.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in similar writing and editing, such as business or science journalism
  • Experience in publishing, or other project management work of a comparable nature
  • Experience working in, or closely with, government, is a major advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
