Commercial Space Planner

The role of Commercial Interior Designer involves creating and delivering inspirational designs that meet clients' commercial needs. This position requires working closely with clients to ensure the design and build process meets their requirements while being completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop designs from rough sketches and specifications created by project managers.
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software, ensuring precision and accuracy in layouts and drawings.
- Draft and prepare layout drawings, collaborating with designers, contractors, and project managers on projects.
- Collaborate with consultants, sub-contractors, and other parties involved in the project, maintaining effective communication.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements, upholding quality standards.
- Draw C&S, Mechanical, and Electrical works using CAD, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Manage project site vendors and progress, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation, rectifying defects before pre-site inspection.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required, contributing to project success.
