Regional HR Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and implementing strategic regional HR initiatives across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth and excellence in the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development programs tailored to the hospitality industry and local markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best practices across all countries of operation by conducting thorough risk assessments and providing expert advice and support to hotel management teams and local leadership.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams and local leadership to provide expert advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives that align with company values.
  • Develop scalable HR processes that can adapt to rapid expansion while maintaining consistency with the company's culture and values.
