Hankyu Hanshin Express Southeast Asia (HHESA) belongs to Hankyu Hanshin Express group, the global logistics company.
HHESA is the Regional Headquarter of Southeast Asia and South Asia, and supports the subsidiaries in the region.
We are looking for a Regional Corporate Planning Manager who can support our Management.
[Job Descriptions]
1. Formulation and promotion of business strategies and medium
- to long-term management plans in ASEAN and South Asia.
2. Formulation of business budget policy in ASEAN and South Asia and analysis of the difference between budget and performance.
3.Support, guidance, and training for the business strategy of subsidiaries.
4. Preparation of meeting materials and reports to Japan headquarter in Japanese.
6. Joining regular web meeting with Japan headquarter.
7. Formulation of recruitment plan.
8. Formulation of human resource development plan for subsidiaries.
9. Monitoring HR Evaluation System operation for subsidiaries.
10. Manage payroll and employee welfare.
11. Manage personnel appraisal, promotion and appointment.
12. Development and Update Employee Handbook and personnel-related regulations.
[Requirements]
1. Computer skills (MS word, excel, powerpoint,Outlook).
2. Experiences in Corporate Planning more than five years.
3. Experiences in Human Resource more than five years.
4. Basic knowledge of freight forwarding to formulate business strategies.
5. Japanese language (JLPT N1 level) is required to communicate with Japanese customers and Japan headquarter.
6. Sometimes required to go overseas (ASEAN and South Asia) for business trip.
