Identity Verification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Verification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the identity of customers by reviewing documents and conducting research utilizing our KYC tools and database.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
Responsibilities:- Verify customer identities by reviewing documents and conducting research using KYC tools and database
- Conduct thorough due diligence checks to assess risk levels and identify potential suspicious activities
- Analyze and validate customer-provided documents to confirm authenticity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and AML laws
- Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- At least 4-5 years of operational KYC experience are necessary
- ACAMS certification is a must-have
- Experience in KYC Onboarding, Remediation, and AML is essential
- Excellent analytical, communication, and process development skills are required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is crucial
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary
