We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Verification Expert to join our team. As an Identity Verification Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our identity verification processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough reviews of documents and information to verify the identities of individuals and organizations. You will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing cases promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed within established deadlines.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of identity verification processes and provide high-quality support to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in identity verification or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
