About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Years Educator. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging curriculum that fosters positive learning outcomes in young children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum in compliance with Centre policies and framework
  • Prepare teaching materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and document periodic updates
  • Implement strategies to foster positive behavior and engagement in the classroom
  • Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Builstrong parent-teacher partnership with two-way communication and involvement
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or relevant
  • ECDA's Teacher Certification
  • Possion for teaching young children
  • At least 3 years related experience
