Early Years Education Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team in Singapore as a specialist in early years education.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching young children and a strong passion for educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum requirements of the school.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
  • Prepare teaching aids and materials to support the delivery of lessons.
  • Affirm and record student progress on a daily basis.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
  • Lead and supervise assistant teachers to ensure effective classroom management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
  • Language Proficiency Level (LON) for L2 in English/Language
  • Fluency in English/Language, both spoken and written
  • Creative and positive energy to engage children
  • Clear Communication and Management Skills
