We are seeking a highly skilled IC process integration expert to lead our front-end process engineering efforts. As a Senior Principal Foundry Engineer, you will be responsible for product ramp-ups, technology introductions, and foundry process transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to qualify and release processes, ensuring timely completion of projects that support business needs.
  • With your expertise in IC devices and processes, including HV/BCD and NVM, you will drive manufacturability and yield improvement during the ramp-up phase.
  • You will interface with key customers on critical projects, utilizing your strong communication skills to influence and steer discussions.
  • Your responsibilities will include making decisions on process integration, balancing technical judgment, resource planning, project schedule, logistics, and supplier relationships.
  • You will transfer NTI processes within foundries and with joint ventures, leveraging your experience as a lead in development/transfer projects or production ramp up.
Requirements
  • You must have a Bachelor or MSc in physics or electrical engineering, along with more than 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration, working in foundries' production or development teams.
  • A strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis is essential, as well as fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience as a lead, leading teams in development/transfer projects or production ramp up, is also required.
  • You must have good communication skills, a pro-active, creative, pragmatic, enterprising, and result-driven attitude, and familiarity with managing/working with foundries, maximizing leverage from foundries.
