Job Title:

Industrial Control Systems Lead

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire industrial control systems (ICS) design process. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex ICS in industrial environments.

">Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the quality of design work.
  • Oversee the development of control logic, programming, HMI interfaces, and system integration.
  • Select instrumentation, sensors, and transmitters for accurate data acquisition and measurement.
  • Configure and deploy control monitoring systems for seamless process control and integration.
  • Evaluate designs against relevant safety standards and cybersecurity protocols to mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize processes through intelligent control strategies and adaptive algorithms.
  • Coordinate validation activities, including factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing, to ensure systems meet performance criteria.
  • Develop RFQs and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and systems required for ICS.
  • Test and commission control systems, ensuring they operate as intended.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering discipline.
  • At least 15 years of relevant ICS engineering experience in planning, design, and construction of major projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols, such as OPC-UA, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex ICS in industrial environments.
