Chief IC Design Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Senior IC Design Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with senior engineers on design requirements and specifications, assisting in RTL coding and verification for digital ICs, supporting design verification tasks, conducting circuit simulations and analysis using Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor Graphics tools, and analyzing and debugging silicon failures.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of design methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tape-out.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. They should also have an understanding of the IC development flow in advanced CMOS processes, including design, layout, and tape-out, as well as fundamental theories of digital or analog circuit design.
