Job Summary

This role oversees the service and maintenance workflow. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, lead a team of service members, and ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of maintenance commitments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of service cum maintenance workflow.
  • Handle front-line contact with clients on service-related issues.
  • Lead a team of service members and equip them to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop service plans, define resource allocation, and track milestones and metrics.
  • Determine new ways to utilize teams for service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.
  • Operate multiple aspects of the team.
