Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all company and CEO-related matters.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as managing itineraries and travel expenses of the CEO and other executives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO to support the growth and success of the company.
  • Support the CEO with personal errands and other office projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in the finance and fintech space.
  • Must be open and willing to travel, including overseas.
  • Proven work experience in providing executive and administrative support to Senior Management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • An independent worker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in communicating with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage.
