About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and implementation processes to ensure successful deal delivery.
  • They will also track orders to ensure timely delivery to sites, collaborate with retail marketing teams, and manage field force team performance.
  • Additionally, they will follow up on potential projects with key accounts for new business opportunities and participate in air conditioning design stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in assistant manager of sales or equivalent role in retail or projects, preferably in the ACMV field.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven sales track record, strong key account management skills, and own vehicle.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
