Program Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with parents, understanding their child's developmental needs and providing tailored recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with parents to understand their concerns and provide appropriate support.
  • Conduct consultations to explain our brain development programs and their benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular follow-ups and progress updates.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to monitor student progress and address concerns.
  • Assist in promotional efforts, including outreach activities and events.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to centre policies.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in education, therapy, or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to clearly explain programs and build trust with families.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping children succeed.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
