We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with developmental challenges across our early childhood and developmental programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide goal-directed occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members in designing and implementing Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs).
- Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in classroom, centre-based, or community settings.
- Provide home programmes and caregiver training to support the child's development beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic care planning for the child.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, or special education settings is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatrics are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
