About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and digitally savvy Director of Field Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven, integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with global GTM strategies while addressing region-specific needs.
  • Lead the team in designing and implementing integrated marketing plans with a heavy emphasis on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Lead the ABM strategy for the field marketing team, ensuring collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals.
  • Utilize marketing analytics, performance metrics, and market research to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Take ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, and partner with central events teams to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.
  • Work closely with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • 8-15 years of field marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event management, and integrated campaign management.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to creatively develop and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team.
  • A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs.
  • Strong experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, to deliver a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • A strong positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to continuously pivot and improve digital campaigns.
