We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of a Halal restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Halal procedures, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities:


Liaise with the Front of House team to ensure seamless operations, focusing on maintaining Halal standards throughout the establishment.

Mentor, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen assistants, to guarantee compliance with Halal guidelines and exceptional customer experiences.

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to source Halal-certified ingredients and products, upholding the integrity of our menu offerings and customer trust.

Oversee food preparation, handling, and serving processes to adhere strictly to Halal standards according to MUIS regulations.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to uphold MUIS Halal standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Halal certification to ensure ongoing compliance and relevance.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Skillfully supervise and train crew staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety.
Achieve and maintain high standards of health and safety, including cleanliness and hygiene practices.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar leadership role in a Halal environment.

Thorough knowledge of MUIS Halal principles, procedures, and certification requirements, with a commitment to upholding these standards in all aspects of restaurant operations.
