Restaurant Manager Position

The position of Restaurant Manager is a vital role in our establishment, requiring an individual with extensive experience in managing high-volume restaurants.

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high-quality experience for our guests.

This includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training bar staff, interacting with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns, contributing to creating menus with the co-manager, and ensuring staff follows all food control and safety regulations.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reservation system, executing on-site catering events, coordinating and executing special events, analyzing nightlife trends and opportunities for improvement, developing new productions or promotions for the bar, and growing sales.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills. A degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred, along with at least 10 years' experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian restaurant.
