Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Quantitative Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading the codebase and configuration of strategies within our automated trading framework.

You will work closely with our quant researchers and traders to understand evolving needs of our trading desks and collaborate to develop innovative solutions.

  • Maintain and upgrade codebase and configuration of strategies within the firm's automated trading framework.
  • Manage large datasets used in both research and production environments.
  • Perform live and historical monitoring of trading activities, including post-trade analysis and production reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and traders to understand evolving needs of trading desks.

A Typical Day in the Role

As a Quantitative Analyst, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks.

  • Pre-market checks on required data and processes for trading day.
  • Sporadic monitoring of strategy behavior and performance during market hours.
  • Work on longer-term projects expanding systematic trading activities and ensuring robustness.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical subject.
  • Programming proficiency in major languages (C++, Java, Python).
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across regions.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Q/KDB+.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Bash.
  • Advanced quantitative skills.
