Job Role: Advanced Packaging Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement new processes, tooling capabilities, and equipment commissioning for research and development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Conduct material and equipment benchmarking to meet customer product requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for process development, alignment with R&D strategy, and material selection.
Requirements:
  • An engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, related to process and equipment engineering.
  • A strong understanding of wafer-level packaging technology, automated optical inspection (AOI), and chip attachment methods.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, design of experiments (DOE), and statistical tools like JMP.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
