We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Business Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and industry-specific platforms.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across multiple job families.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Hiring Metrics: Maintain up-to-date data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a technology company or in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to hire people across a wide range of functions—engineering, corporate, and creative.
- Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Data-Driven: Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
