Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional hardware service and technical support to clients across diverse industries.

  • Timely updates on service appointments and statuses will be provided until resolution of incidents.
  • Collaboration with dispatch teams and supervisors will ensure seamless job completion and closure.
  • Proactive escalation of customer satisfaction concerns and technical challenges to senior team members will be carried out.
  • Accurate records of parts usage and procurement will be maintained.
  • Adherence to established coding guidelines and diagnostic standards will be ensured.
  • Performance targets and service level agreements will be met.

You will work as part of an experienced team to diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver outstanding technical services. If you possess knowledge in computer hardware, engineering, or related fields, this role may suit your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.

Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, troubleshooting, and repair.

Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch teams and supervisors to ensure smooth job completion and closure.

Problem-Solving: Diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions.

Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, providing timely updates on service appointments and statuses.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Skills: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in hardware maintenance, technical support, or related field.
