**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable **Technician**to join our team and support the smooth delivery and servicing of our products. This role is key in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products after purchase and installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **on-site product servicing and troubleshooting**for customers (e.g. bathroom & kitchen fixtures).
- Respond to and resolve **after-sales product issues**in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic **installation adjustments or replacements**when needed
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure **smooth and accurate product deliveries**.
- Maintain proper records of **service cases, replacements, and customer interactions**.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring product concerns or technical issues
- Support testing and quality checks on returned or repaired items.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **technical, maintenance, or servicing role**preferred.
- Familiar with **basic plumbing or hardware installation**is an advantage.
- Able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
- Physically fit and comfortable with handling product deliveries when required.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
