Job Description
  • Support cross-functional project teams across all project phases, ensuring alignment with design objectives, technical standards, contractual obligations, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop conceptual and detailed designs, and contribute value engineering proposals during the Tender/ECI stage.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely, goal-oriented project delivery and provide consistent support and direction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist the Project Manager and broader team in managing contracts and meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Oversee the coordination of design and technical elements with consultants; review construction documentation and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections with the project team, ensuring proper documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the design and delivery processes across a variety of project types, ensuring a high standard of execution.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations, keeping clients well-informed of progress and developments.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project teams of various sizes, driving successful delivery and fostering collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to client specifications, delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex design and technical issues during both documentation and construction phases.
  • Provide strategic design and technical input, offering innovative solutions to project challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrates creativity, strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with experience managing clients, consultants, contractors, and specialists.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines and complex briefs.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and planning requirements.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and design intuition.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and resolve issues efficiently throughout all phases of the project.
  • Collaborative and strategic thinker, capable of steering teams toward successful outcomes.


As a Senior Design Strategist, you will be responsible for leading project teams and providing strategic design and technical input to drive successful project outcomes. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects that meet client specifications.
