Job Overview

  • Develops and implements warehousing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborates closely with sales and business development teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Leverages global tools and cost models to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions
  • Provides technical guidance on complex projects and leads continuous improvement of design processes
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-centric, or solutions-focused organization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing professional-level team members

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Team leadership- guiding a professional team for required outputs in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations & warehouse management systems including layout (CAD), cost modeling & pricing for warehouse solutions
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into value-driven solutions
  • Experience with product development, operational costing, and cost modeling
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation & mechanization – operational design and functionality
  • Comfortable with heavy data sets and knowledgeable in statistical modeling
  • Skilled in pricing strategy, resource allocation, and solution selling
  • Strong competencies in project & stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Effective in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and people development
