Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional financial controllership activities, working closely with in-country Finance Managers across SEA markets to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. As a key business partner, they will provide qualitative reviews on business performance and support strategic growth decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong tax and treasury knowledge, with at least 10 years of regional finance controllership experience. They will be a strong team player, communicative, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead regional financial controllership activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
* Work closely with in-country Finance Managers across SEA markets
* Provide qualitative reviews on business performance and support strategic growth decisions
* Advise on tax issues, including optimizing tax structures while minimizing risk
* Manage treasury-related activities, including cash flow management and funding requirements

Requirements

* Degree and CA qualified
* At least 10 years of regional finance controllership experience
* Strong tax and treasury knowledge
* Strong team player, communicative, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced and diverse environment
