Senior Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage procurement and finance-related work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner, providing services such as managing relationships between users and the procurement office.
  • Provide advice on procurement policy, procedures, and templates.
  • Collect feedback on procurement policy and procedures.
  • Perform procurement planning with the Finance Team.
  • Serve as the point of contact between suppliers and specialist departments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, innovative, and self-directed individual with a positive work attitude.
  • Good team player, pleasant disposition, able to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in procurement and finance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
