NPI Process Lead
\Responsible for overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from start to finish. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches.
\Main Responsibilities:\- \
- Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support production operations.\
- Update and manage data within the Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP systems to ensure efficiency and productivity.\
- Gain a thorough understanding of assembly processes and provide expert support as needed.\
- Contribute to packaging design development for racks and large-scale assemblies.\
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities, to enhance operational performance.\
- Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases to ensure successful product launches.\
- Participate in internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.\
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements.\
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact production.\
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.\
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.\
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.\
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.\
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.\
