Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Engineer to lead critical deliverables across each phase of the new product development process.

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end NPI execution from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production, ensuring that our products are designed for manufacturability and delivered at scale, meeting the right quality and cost targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of DFM, DFMEA, GD&T, and production tooling/assembly processes, with hands-on experience managing pilot build execution and factory coordination.

They will also be proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX) and ERP/MRP system familiarity is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is required, along with 3–5 years of experience in new product introduction, product industrialization, or factory engineering.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive or support end-to-end NPI execution from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production
  2. Participate in design reviews, flag DFM/DFX risks, and ensure designs are production-ready
  3. Interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances; ensure compatibility with factory capabilities
  4. Coordinate tooling, jigs, fixtures, material readiness, and line layout with suppliers and factory teams
  5. Manage build execution across validation stages; monitor part availability, track yield and cycle times, escalate blockers
  6. Lead or support structured root cause analysis and corrective actions for build failures or quality issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in new product introduction, product industrialization, or factory engineering
  • Strong understanding of DFM, DFMEA, GD&T, and production tooling/assembly processes
  • Hands-on experience managing pilot build execution and factory coordination, including documentation and issue resolution
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX); ERP/MRP system familiarity a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (for supplier engagement and factory coordination)
  • Strong communicator with a structured approach to build tracking and issue resolution
