Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the company's financial health and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role encompasses budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, project finance support, and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage consolidations, balance-sheet reconciliations, and management reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts (project and corporate).
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain rolling 13-week and medium-term forecasts.
  • Provide variance analysis and identify cost-control and margin opportunities.
