Job Title: Product Quality Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled quality assurance professional to lead our quality control initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and drive containment actions and permanent solutions.
  • Implement controls to prevent nonconformity relating to internal processes and products.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them effectively with necessary countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must be a citizen or resident of the country where the role is based.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in quality control or related field.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
