Job Title

Our organization is looking for a seasoned leader to oversee the development and management of our cloud platform. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills.

This position involves driving cloud architecture across multiple platforms, embedding security and performance best practices, and empowering engineering teams to deliver software quickly, securely, and cost-effectively.

The successful candidate will lead and scale a Platform Engineering team, setting strategic direction for cloud infrastructure, internal tools, and DevSecOps practices.

Key responsibilities include designing and evolving a robust developer platform, owning the architecture and governance of cloud environments, and driving cloud cost optimization across the organization.

Required skills and qualifications include at least 10 years of experience in software or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cost management, and governance at scale is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in software or platform engineering
  • Deep expertise in AWS; experience with GCP or hybrid/multi-cloud setups is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience building internal platforms that elevate developer productivity and operational excellence
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, cost management, and governance at scale
