A Cloud Engineering Role Awaits

Seeking an experienced cloud engineer to join our team in building and scaling a secure, cloud-native developer platform. This role is ideal for individuals who have transitioned from backend development into DevOps or platform engineering.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a strong software development background to help build and support our internal cloud development platform. Key responsibilities include collaborating with backend developers to improve developer experience, deploying and managing infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, developing automation pipelines and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools, integrating monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, and maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting platform scaling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS, IAM, EC2, and Lambda.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software engineering (Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
  • Containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Working knowledge of logging/monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch.
