Community Care Specialist

The primary role of a Community Care Specialist is to provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. This involves working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum ITE certification

  • Self-motivated and fully able to participate in on-site and off-site activities
