High-Performance Data Center Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Data Center Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing software-defined networks and hybrid infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional services around Cisco ACI solutions, including planning, implementation, migration, and optimization
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-sales support for ACI fabric and integration with virtualized/containerized platforms
  • Collaborate with clients to design robust network solutions that integrate seamlessly with Linux-based systems and Kubernetes clusters
  • Assist in deploying and supporting ACI integrations with VMware, Red Hat OpenShift, or cloud-native platforms
  • Work in tandem with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure networking performance and policy enforcement in dynamic environments
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation (HLDs, LLDs, operational guides) and deliver knowledge transfer to customers
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking and data center environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus 9000 series (NX-OS/ACI mode), APIC, and fabric policy configuration
  • Solid background in Linux system administration and/or Kubernetes networking concepts
  • Understanding of container networking (CNI plugins), service meshes, and cloud-native integration with ACI
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Layer 2/3 protocols, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and ACI contracts and policies
  • Comfortable working with APIs, automation scripts (Python, Bash), or Ansible for network provisioning
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Only open to Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Data Center, CCIE DC)
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, or Helm
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid ACI fabric extensions
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
