Housekeeping Manager Role

The Housekeeping Manager plays a pivotal role in creating an environment where the housekeeping team can execute their operations efficiently, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

This key position involves supporting the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing day-to-day operations, administering supervision of all housekeeping staff, effectively assigning manpower and resources, establishing cross-training programs, assisting with managing the department efficiently, inspecting guest laundry and dry cleaning, developing standard operating procedures, and conducting monthly inventory checks.
