Job Title: Chief Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Facility Operations Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems, equipment, and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the engineering team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of all building systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and promote sustainability.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of engineering/maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial buildings, or related industries, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and external authorities.
