Job Title: Chief Operations Officer for Facilities Management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise maintenance workers and manage service facilities, conservancy work, and other related tasks.
  • Oversee the permit to work system, manage emergency repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support and attend to tenant complaints.
  • Coordinate, manage, and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised tertiary establishment (with M&E background preferred).
  • At least three years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to commit to staggering shift work (44 hours per week).
