This role involves working closely with clients to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth through effective treaty reinsurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and key stakeholders in Indonesia and the wider region.
  • Identify new business opportunities across the Indonesian market, focusing on treaty placements in property, casualty, motor, and specialty lines.
  • Lead the structuring, marketing, and placement of treaty programs with regional and international reinsurers.
  • Provide insights into market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within Indonesia and ASEAN.
  • Mentor junior brokers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the regional team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in treaty reinsurance broking, with strong exposure to the Indonesian market.
  • Established relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and regulators in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record in originating and placing treaty reinsurance programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of treaty structures, underwriting principles, and reinsurance wordings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
