Lead Semiconductor Quality Assurance Specialist
As a key member of our global semiconductor team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductors used in automotive applications.
This role involves working closely with suppliers to assess their compliance with industry standards and requirements. You will be part of a global organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, electronics engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is required, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Assurance: Lead initiatives to ensure robustness and reliability of semiconductor components.
- Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement systems to meet industry standards and company requirements.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the electronics or automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Language: Proficient in both English and Chinese languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Desirable Skills:
- QMS Experience: Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and certifications.
- Semiconductor Knowledge: Knowledge of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics.
